We need as many people of this calibre as we can get. Most politicians start as lawyers. E.g. Turnbull, Gillard.
21 years in the military and still living on a military base with my partner who is a high ranking officer we are well aware of the pressure our defence force is under. They are our sons, daughters, wives and husbands. As I’ve said before I was a servant of the people not the master we need to turn this ship around. It will not be a quick process but it didn’t happen overnight. I would be happy to serve again in any capacity you see fit @monicasmit
