Our suggestion when writing or talking to MPs or their staffers is to just be yourself and tell them the truth about why we can’t let this bill go through the upper house. Best to just give people as much information as you can for people to leave the state or country as stress free as possible.

Every vote counts for this but the MPs need to know that we’re watching their every move and it would be political suicide to vote it through — It takes just one clear “NO” vote to beat it down. These poor saps have to wake up and realise that 1. dan is USING them (otherwise would throw them to the wolves) and that 2. they will lose ALL political support from MANY far and wide (they can say goodbye to their aspiring jobs/careers as MPs).

Well said. There is no such thing as false hope. I refuse to believe such a comment. It’s the why bother attitude that has landed all of humanity in this position. Why bother speaking up because they’re going to do as they please anyway is the very reason we are in this mess. The education system definitely has let many children down over a few decades. No information on how governments work, how Democracy works or how the less desirable forms of government work. I’ve emailed all of the pollies as concerned Vic resident. I’ve also posted my disapproval on FB, except for Fiona Patten’s site because they’ve blocked comments due to “trolling”. Not having heard of the Reason Party before I Googled them, Fiona Patten, describes the party as a “civil libertarian alternative”. What!!! Thanks to this my husband, son and myself will be out of work as we are holding the line and saying were not having the jab for anyone, I have also tried to get an exemption due to having a heart attack in May this year but its not grounds for exemption my Dr even told me this morning its law so I have to have it and I told him it’s not, it’s unlawful unconstitutional and goes against how human rights to choose.
Hold the line folks get educated as knowledge is power.

I am so ashamed and feel so let down, I was so proud of our democracy and country, I went into conflicts for those very principles, I came home severely injured and was still proud I held no grudges I actually felt as though I achieved some small but crucial thing, I have been in and out of jobs, even slept on the streets when I had no money to buy food or rent a place to sleep, I took hand outs and still felt proud, but my god what did I really achieve along with my fellow brothers some who did not return, what i achieved was absolutely nothing and probably helped this maniac achieve his goals, I was so proud when Gen Cosgrove made a speech about us helping rid the world of tyranny and oppression, I has a brother die in my arms and the last thing he said was “it’s ok mate we are doing a good thing and his eyes glazed and he was gone, he was 28” I feel so gutted and let down, if i had a gun I would put it against my head and end it all, Australia the great country being dictated to my a simple miniature power hungry tyrant, but what gets me most is he has the power of the Victorian people, God help us all, I have seen what men like him do to people and it is not where we want to be.

I have written to the four parliament members that you said have the power to stop Daniel Andrews from successfully getting the Bill he proposed passed in parliament. I hope that thousands of Victorians do the same speak up for the preservation of Democracy and freedom. I live in Ballarat l would like to help by offering to canvas, hand out leaflets.

I have written to the four parliament members that you said have the power to stop Daniel Andrews from successfully getting the Bill he proposed passed in parliament. I hope that thousands of Victorians do the same speak up for the preservation of Democracy and freedom. I live in Ballarat l would like to help by offering to canvas, hand out leaflets.
Information Paper Regarding Non-Consent to Mandatory or Coerced COVID-19 Injections (Including Discussions on the COVID19/SARS-CoV-2 Situation and Vaccines in General)

Summary
The purpose of this paper is to object against any intention to make the COVID-19 vaccine mandatory for any person in any situation under any circumstances.
I have attached a collection of detailed, non-exhaustive notes which discuss vaccines in general, the COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2 situation and COVID-19 injections (vaccines), all of which expand on the points below and help shape my perspective on this situation.
Navigating my way through a sea of misinformation and disinformation from both “sides” of the discussion, I have attempted to include information that is factual and accurate, present clear evidence, and reference as many studies and literature as possible, whilst acknowledging that I gravitate towards the counter narrative perspective and that some statements are open to debate and rebuttal.
In Regards to Vaccines in General:
• There are serious question marks surrounding vaccine safety, supported by hundreds of studies, countless testimonies by parents and their doctors, billion-dollar payouts in vaccine injury compensation courts, vaccine adverse event reporting systems and various data, records, graphs, facts, figures and observations.
• There is evidence that actively challenges vaccine efficacy and effectiveness, including countless people contracting diseases despite being vaccinated against that disease, perpetual outbreaks amongst highly vaccinated groups/communities, mortality rates for many diseases dropping to low numbers well before vaccines were introduced, studies indicating that unvaccinated children have demonstrably fewer health issues than vaccinated children, and again; various data, records, graphs, facts, figures and observations.
• A number of doctors, scientists, medical experts and health professionals have spoken out via websites,
documentaries, videos, interviews, posts, podcasts and books about their concerns surrounding vaccine safety and efficacy, conflicts of interest and corruption.

Hi guys good to be here. Yes these tyrants and criminals can be defeated by people sticking together and this scares them.
From my observations the State Supreme Courts are not going to uphold any legal action against mandatory vaccinations hold your job. This is clearly in breach of our constitutional rights that vaccination should not be mandatory or coersive as the Constitution states. It is coercion, however the State Courts don’t see it this way. In my opinion even a victory in The Supreme Court would not be upheld in the High Court even if they agreed to hear the case.
Therefore could we argue on a different tack? Canadian law has no precedent in Australia but Patrick King argued successfully that as the SARS-COV2 virus has never been isolated and really does not exist. He subpoenaed the Provincial Canadian Health minister who was forced to admit the Province had no evedence whatsoever had ever been isolated. The Provence had no legal grounds to impose punishment on people.
Numerous blogs have already stated this in much more detail.
If the virus does not exist then what is it? Or does the Biosecurity Act cover anything that is a risk to Public Health?
