Monica being prosecuted…AGAIN

A judge will rule on the validity of a DHS Authorised Officer’s command as former gym owner Nick Patterson takes his fight to court after he was charged with breaching Covid restrictions and hindering the officer.
The case could open a can of worms for authorities, similar to when an administrative bungle led to hundreds of Victoria Police officers being wrongly sworn in and operating illegally.

It’s good that RDA is bringing Nick’s case to our attention. I don’t think it’s just “coincidence” that his “assualt” hearing is just before the Vic election.
People like Nick who stood up and took the bullets for us deserve to be supported like we supported Monica when she lost her court case .There is a donate page on his Australian Peace Makers website. That’s a common tactic to run someone back and forth to court until they are broke.
