It seems as if their lawyers have not read the Privacy Act at all…this is so unlawful and it will all come crashing down soon!

8. 3.8  Employees will have an ongoing obligation to provide Evidence of Vaccination (e.g. annual COVID-19 vaccinations) as required by any updates to the Policy, having regard to Australian Government Department of Health guidance on revaccination.
